You do not even need to pay, you can just download it using torrents, if you are not that techi, you need to download a torrent client like Utorrent, then you add that torrent file to it which will download, if you dont have internet connection, you can ask people who supervise internet cafe to download it for you and you can just pay them for it, here is my search results from mininova, http://www.mininova.org/search/?search=nclex there are lots of mp3 lessons, kaplan mp3, feuer mp3, nclex-rn softwares, mosby, saunders softwares, all you need to do is look for it.
