For torrent files, you need to download a client, try to download Utorrent, search for it in google and download it. Once you have it installed, you need to download the torrent file, there is an "Add Torrent" button in your utorrent software, click and search for the torrent file, click on OK, thats it! Hope that helps.

I am trying to download Mosby's Comprehensive Review, but I have only been able to get 14.1% of it, and there are no seeders. Could you or someopne else here seed it for me? Many thanks.

NurseAnna, it appears that none of the files you mention in your posts have any seeds, and it's nearly impossible to download any of them. I am trying with both the Mosby Review and the Kaplan Lecture, but neither has any seeds. Is there any hope that I will ever get either of them?

I am succeeding, so far, in downloading the Kaplan Reviewer; however, I'm getting absolutely nowhere with the Mosby Review. Do you have any suggestions?
