Nurse trainings - HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I need help! i am seriously confused and I need professional advice!
I recently enrolled in the cardio-renal nurse training program being offered by the Philippine Heart Center.. I was having doubts about the dialysis thingy because I am not sure if I can use that in my career in the future... because I want to be a critical care nurse or a pediatric care nurse..

I heard my friend telling me it was not worth it because she heard from someone that there aren't much on-hand experiences.. more on seminars and lectures..
Now I am so confused.. I don't know if I should pull out the application or continue with it..

Is there anyone here who underwent the same training? Can you guys give me your views regarding the training?
