why is it so difficult for some nurses here in the philippines to find a job? that's why most of the newly licensed nurse are applying to other job (call center, fastfoods, departments store, etc.)
what can you advised for those who lose hope in taking to continue their careers in nursing? thanks guys!!! |

My advice to you is to look for a job that will benefit your chosen career, a job that will enhance you skill. For example, try to apply work sa health center, pwede rin as a public health nurse. Basta look for something inline with your nursing education.

hey..f ur not dying to earn a good fortune yet, go on volunteer work..many RNS say that the hospitals are full of nurse volunteers already..but hey, did they try to ask on RHUs, community clinics..m sure they are all w8ing for you to apply der..go for it..

I think the problem is that, there's so many hospitals & clinics that are understaffs....but they cant hire nurses because most of them are lacking out of budget for compensations of their manpower.
I think it'll be better if we can look for a job that is somehow health related. So that it can help somehow on out nursing career. God Bless Us ALL!!!! |
