Company Description Long Term Care Program Job Description Responsibilities of the RN Team Supervisor will include: * Overseeing four teams consisting of a home health assessment nurses, social worker, CNA, etc. * Completing field travel to evaluate staff * Overseeing clinical documentation (DMS-1, OASIS, & 485 completion) * Overseeing care plans * Providing clinical guidance * Training, mentoring and disciplining staff Required Skills * 5+ years Nursing experience * New York State RN licensure * Strong knowledge of geriatrics * Medicare/Medicaid knowledge Desired Skills * BSN preferred * LTC/Managed care experiencehttp://forum.nursereview.org//blogge...h.blogspot.com More...
