your 1 yr old should be in a crib or at least a bed with rails to prevent her from falling out.

For your 7 yr old don't let her drink anything 2 hrs before bed and make sure she goes to the bathroom right before bed.
If that doesn't work then take her to the doc. She may have a medical problem.
