Is the mail forwarding agencies of U.S that good ?

I'm wishing subscrise an agency that forwards my mails from U.S to my country [Brazil].
Could they forward a computer [according with brazilian rules I'd receive problemless], books and other millions of stuff that we see in internet shopping sites ?
Is that confidenciable ?
