12 Days Of Duty
(a.k.a 12 Days of Christmas. C’mon guys, you have to sing with me..hehehe!) On the 1st day of duty, my CI gave to me A NON-CREDIT sa RLE duty On the 2nd day of duty my CI gave to me 2 failing scores At NON-CREDIT sa RLE duty On the 3rd day of duty, my CI gave to me 3 make-up quizzes 2 failing scores At NON-CREDIT sa RLE duty On the 4th day of duty, my CI gave to me 4 hours extension 3 make-up quizzes 2 failing scores At NON-CREDIT sa RLE duty On the 5th day of duty, my CI gave to me INCIDENT REPORT!!! 4 hours extension 3 make-up quizzes 2 failing scores At NON-CREDIT sa RLE duty On the 6th day of duty, my CI said to me “Wrong MEDs Given!” INCIDENT REPORT!!! 4 hours extension 3 make-up quizzes 2 failing scores At NON-CREDIT sa RLE duty On the 7th day of duty, my CI gave to me 7 meds at 7 “Wrong MEDs Given” INCIDENT REPORT!!! 4 hours extension 3 make-up quizzes 2 failing scores At NON-CREDIT sa RLE duty On the 8th day of duty, my CI gave to me 8 “admitting” patients 7 meds at 7 “Wrong MEDs Given” INCIDENT REPORT!!! 4 hours extension 3 make-up quizzes 2 failing scores At NON-CREDIT sa RLE duty On the 9th day of duty, my CI gave to me 9 bags of IV 8 “admitting” patients 7 meds at 7 “Wrong MEDs Given” INCIDENT REPORT!!! 4 hours extension 3 make-up quizzes 2 failing scores At NON-CREDIT sa RLE duty On the 10th day of duty, my CI gave to me 10 Nursing Kardex 9 bags of IV 8 “admitting” patients 7 meds at 7 “Wrong MEDs Given” INCIDENT REPORT!!! 4 hours extension 3 make-up quizzes 2 failing scores At NON-CREDIT sa RLE duty On the 11th day of duty, my CI gave to me 11 Nursing Care Plans 10 Nursing Kardex 9 bags of IV 8 “admitting” patients 7 meds at 7 “Wrong MEDs Given” INCIDENT REPORT!!! 4 hours extension 3 make-up quizzes 2 failing scores At NON-CREDIT sa RLE duty On the 12th day of duty, my CI gave to me… 12 brand new orders 11 Nursing Care Plans 10 Nursing Kardex 9 bags of IV 8 “admitting” patients 7 meds at 7 “Wrong MEDs Given” INCIDENT REPORT!!! 4 hours extension 3 make-up quizzes 2 failing scores At NON-CREDIT sa RLE duty !!! (Applause.. Clap! Clap! Clap!)

actually kinanta ko sya pero wla ako sa tono... i dont know kung.... do i need to comment or have a version myself... hehheh well in fact i tried and just started to compose one.... pero hirap lagyan ng tune... well ikaw lang tlga ang dbest... isa kang alamat!! lolz kidding....nice thread anyway... hehehe <<gus2 ko sna na ako 1st mag comment e....hehehehe kaya lang may nauna BADTRIP!!!
