Oathtaking 2008

Hi there, I wanted to ask something and I hope u know how.

I just passed the recent Nursing Licensure exam and right now im out of the country, im in california and so i cant attend the oathtaking. So, can i authorize someone to attend the oathtaking or just receive my license? and complete all the requirements and sign the papers for me?
