10pm-3am
received D5RH @ 3cases level regulated @ 4 bottles each/hr.
Conscious, coherent, ambulatory
On sisig & RH diet
Active noted
Videoke done
Tagay taken
Bought another pulutan
Tinamaan @ 1am
Took a nap then tagay uli
+ weakness, cyanosis, orthopnea, syncope, dizziness
Urine output=10x
Vomiting 4x
Paid bill
MGH o makatulog sa bahay nang iba
Endorsed.
Inuman na!!!

A nurse suffers from migraines and weight fluctuations she also feels perpetually exhausted and once almost fell asleep driving home from work.
